Taking care of yourself is more than taking bubble baths and lighting candles – self-care requires practice, commitment, and deep introspection. While facial masks can help relieve some of the external stress you’re experiencing, taking care of yourself involves digging deep to find what you really need to heal yourself. This task can feel daunting, but that’s where self-care coaches come in.

Remember that line in the in-flight safety video? “Put your OWN mask on before helping others”?  Self-care is exactly that because as a business owner, a mother, a father, a caretaker if you’re not looking after yourself, who’s going to look after your business/family/clients when you burn out?

As a massage therapist licensed in the state of Connecticut since 2006, I’ve seen lives change, bodies heal, and balance restored. Through virtual and in-person sessions, including massage, yoga and meditation, develop a self-care strategy and receive support and accountability to help you implement your new self-care habits and celebrate as they help you achieve your extraordinary life!

12-Week Coaching Program

Through virtual and in-person sessions, including massage, yoga and meditation, develop a self-care strategy and receive support and accountability to help you implement your new self-care habits and celebrate as they help you achieve your extraordinary life!

FAQs ON SELF-CARE COACHING

Following our self-care assessment session, the six-week coaching program includes:

  • 3 one hour coaching sessions via Zoom
  • 3 one hour in-person coaching sessions at the True studios in East Lyme, CT
  • 3 one hour massage sessions
  • An intro to yoga and meditation class
  • 2 customized workbooks to be used during our work together, as well as following to continue the momentum
  • Individual Coaching Sessions:  $175
  • Individual coaching session with a one -hour massage: $275
  • Six week coaching program: $1,800
  • Twelve week coaching program:  $3,600

 

Self-care assessment sessions are free. 

Payment plans are available for the six and 12 week programs.
